Hails Gentoo Man! ;)

I have not any professional project on my resume, I’m not fluent on Python (but familiar). i have projects on C/C++, PHP and Bash. someone like me can take a project? if he/she can’t overcome on project what happens?
Google supports me when i come from some country that he blocked it’s servers?
I’m very (very very very ….) like to take a part in Gentoo but afraid it!

//sorry for my poor English,
